  In general the proper assistance , servises and quality for my business trip. Perfect location and very nice room. I received a bonus for Internet ( thanks) but mu suggstion is to provide thsi service free ( this will provide a better feeling to all customer ).

  Perfect position if you need to go to the Toronto airport. Very good restaurant inside. 24H shuttle service to the terminals. Plenty of space in the room.

  We were given a suite in the North Tower. The quality of the furnishings was excellent and the bed was, by far, one of the best beds I've ever found in a hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was lively, casual, but smart. The breakfast buffet in the morning was varied, very good quality, and many, many healthy options. Shuttle bus from airport to hotel was on time and comfortable; the driver was very helpful and kind. Reception was very helpful.

  No bellhop or trolley upon arrival in which to carry luggage from where the shuttle bus drops you off (entrance) to the reception and then to the room. There was a lot garbage overflowing the bin at the entrance of the hotel. This hotel is modern, elegant, and a bit trendy but the first thing one saw upon arrival was the garbage for a Hilton, this is unacceptable.

  the room was nice with original decor, refreshing from the run-of-the-mill hotel room decoration.... The dining room/restaurant had excellent food and service.

  We were served with courtesy, efficiency - made to feel welcome. Very comfortable bed!

  Weird room set up - a sliding door to separate the bathroom and entrance from the rest of the room - couldn't figure out why. Only one business chair - and some small divans located in places you wouldn't really want to sit. We used them for luggage.

  I liked the location as compared to airport. The food offered in room service was very well prepared and served.

  I thought it was too expensive for the space and services offered. There was no slippers, bath rope, no fridge or microwave in the room. This was the best available room in the hotel, the king corner room. For price paid, service could have been much better.

  The treatment we got as we entered from rudy..the guy at the front desk..to the men who drove the bus to take us from the airport and back..it was wonderful.

  Bed was comfortable and they upgraded me to a suite for free

  The fact that they charge $125 a night security deposit that I was not informed about when booking or at check-in. The location was not near the bus station or within walking distance to any restaurants.

  Very convenient, good shuttle service, attractively furnished and well-maintained, clean room. Helpful staff.

  Wakeup call service didn't work! I set a time myself via the in-room telephone and also asked the front desk to set a wakeup call for me (for a few minutes later -- just to be sure) and neither call materialized! Fortunately I woke up anyway, but this could have meant a missed flight.

  I arrived at Terminal 1 and waited 30 minutes for the hotel bus: I stood in line for 15 to 20 minutes to register. One person was on duty. He made a comment about the agency that rented me the room. I told him that I thought that I had dealt with Hilton. I ordered a smoke free room. It stunk of smoke, which gives me a headache. When I complained to whoever answered the phone I was told "It's hard to get smoke out of the room" -.She thought that I should understand this. Not my problem - but was too tired to change rooms. I ordered a wake up call for 5:45am to catch an early flight. No call came but fortunately I woke at 6:10 and really rushed. I had now missed the bus I was told to catch. We had five pieces of luggage. We were the last people to be dropped off at the terminal. It was raining and I helped the driver unload my bags. It was raining and we were double parked. He left promptly and I immediately noticed that we were one suitcase short. We called the hotel immediately hoping that the driver would turn around and left them our cell number. Within 10 minutes we called again and we were told "there's nothing on the bus" . They agreed to check again. We called 10 minutes later, all the time waiting where we were dropped off. We called again and were told there was nothing in the bus. We told them that we would hold them responsible for the suitcase (Tumi) and the contents. We then proceeded into the terminal to check in.We received a call from them advising that they found our suitcase at the spot where we were dropped off. This is a total fabrication. That's the very spot we waited at for 20 minutes. We told them to keep the suitcase and our daughter, who lives in Toronto, would pick it up.

  Very nice. Staff a bit stiff, but polite.

  The arrangement of the room while private, was dark on the one side and would suggest extra lighting.

  Size and layout of the room. Extremely comfortable bed.

  The Spa bath was not clean and the jets were not working. There was a layer of grim build up around the water level. Very disappointing in a hotel bathroom.
